Having pancakes for breakfast is one of the best ways to start the day. Most of the times I’m in a hurry for going out or doing things, but the other day I finally had the time to prepare these goodies. These easy and simple vegan pancakes are fluffy, yummy, delicious! Let's see how to make them.
Ingredients for vegan pancakes:
- 1 cup of white flour
- 1 tbs of sugar
- 2 ts of baking powder
- 1 cup of rice milk
- 2 tbs of sunflower oil
- A pinch of salt
How to make vegan pancakes:
- In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Add the sunflower oil and the rice milk, stir until combined.
- Heat a pan and grease it with oil or vegan butter. Add two spoons of batter and cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes. Using a spatula, flip the pancake and cook on the other side until golden.
- Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
